About Harmiom
Harmiom ((Har-me-om) blends the German “Harmonie” (harmony) with the Irish “Gníomh” (action), reflecting my Irish-German background and my working style: creativity and imagination balanced with pragmatism and drive.
Over twenty years in MedTech and Life Sciences, spanning roles, functions, and continents, I found my greatest satisfaction in training and coaching sales, marketing and cross functional teams.
Our Associates

Sanne Chateau brings fifteen years as an HR Business Partner and Transformation Lead. A certified coach, Insights Discovery practitioner, and Lego Serious Play facilitator, she specialises in organisational development, change, team dynamics, culture, and coaching. She guides teams to deep connections with themselves, each other, and their purpose, honouring both common ground and diversity.

Macie Correro combines twenty-five years of project management (PMP, Scrum Master) with ICF ACC coaching. She builds high-performing cultures rooted in Agile and mutual accountability. Blending strategy with human-centred coaching, she unlocks potential, aligns execution and relationships, and helps teams navigate change with clarity and unity.
