About Harmiom

Harmiom (Har-me-om) blends the German Harmonie (harmony) and the Irish Gníomh (action). Two small words that hold a big idea: balance and movement, heart and momentum, thought and doing. It reflects my Irish roots, German background, and how I aim to live and work, grounded in balance, driven by purpose, and inspired by the work of helping people grow.

I spent nearly three decades in MedTech and Life Science, working across roles, functions, and continents. My happiest moments were always with people, leading, inspiring and coaching them to succeed in sales, marketing, and learning. Watching someone realise what they are capable of still gives me that same quiet rush every single time.

Coaching became more than an occupation for me, it became a vocation. There is nothing quite like the moment when a spark returns, when clarity and confidence reappear in a client, or when a team that has been stuck begins to move with purpose again. Those moments remind me why I do this work.

One simple truth has stayed with me. People want to perform. They want to do well, to contribute, to matter. Most organisations want the same. Yet somewhere in the noise and pressure of daily business, that shared intent often gets lost.

That is the space where Harmiom works, where people and business meet, and where small shifts can make big things move again. We help people and teams reconnect with what drives them: clarity, trust, and purpose. And we never forget to laugh along the way, because growth should always feel human.
